A research team from Donghua University and Shanghai Tongren Hospital has developed a CaO₂-based AuPt bimetallic nanozyme (CAPB) that enables chemodynamic, photothermal, and immunotherapeutic synergy for tumor treatment. When combined with αPD-L1 antibody, the system achieved a primary tumor inhibition rate of 82.7%, offering a promising multimodal strategy for cancer therapy.
