2026中非纺织服装国际论坛暨中非文化交流论坛会议通知（一号）
中国是世界上最大的发展中国家，非洲是发展中国家最集中的大陆，纺织服装产业是发展中国家增加就业，拉动经济发展的主要动力。中国纺织服装产业链条完整，产能旺盛，推动中非在该领域的产能合作，已成为构建中非命运共同体的重要抓手。东华大学（中国）与莫伊大学（肯尼亚）于2015年共同发起中非纺织服装国际论坛（简称“中非论坛”SAISTA）。论坛历经11载，先后在中国、肯尼亚、埃塞俄比亚、摩洛哥等国举办，来自亚洲、非洲、欧洲等多个国家和地区的学者、企业家参会。2016年，为进一步深化人文互动，中非人文交流论坛（SACEF）纳入SAISTA框架并连续成功举办十届，为中非友好关系注入了持久活力，不仅深化了中非学术合作，也为服务共建 “一带一路” 与推动构建人类命运共同体作出了积极贡献。2026年恰逢中非人文交流年，中国与肯尼亚正携手打造新时代全天候中非命运共同体。论坛将于今年8月在肯尼亚埃尔多雷特举办，作为ICTA-EMOS 2026的重要组成部分，将为学术界与产业界的专家学者提供重要平台，共同探索教育、科研与人文交流领域的合作机遇。
China is the world's largest developing country, while Africa is home to the largest concentration of developing nations. The textile and apparel industry plays a vital role in creating employment opportunities and driving economic growth across developing economies. Benefiting from a complete industrial chain and strong manufacturing capacity, China has significant advantages in promoting China–Africa cooperation in the textile and apparel sector, which serves as an important pathway toward building a closer China–Africa community with a shared future. In 2015, Donghua University (China) and Moi University (Kenya) jointly initiated the Sino–Africa International Symposium on Textiles and Apparel (SAISTA). Over the past eleven years, the symposium has been successfully held in China, Kenya, Ethiopia, Morocco, and other countries, attracting scholars, researchers, and industry leaders from Asia, Africa, Europe, and beyond. In 2016, to further strengthen people-to-people exchanges, the Sino–Africa Cultural Exchange Forum (SACEF) was incorporated into the SAISTA framework. Since then, SACEF has been successfully convened for ten consecutive editions, bringing sustained momentum to China–Africa friendship and cooperation. The forum has not only strengthened academic collaboration between China and Africa but has also contributed to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the advancement of a global community with a shared future. The year 2026 marks the China–Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges. During this important year, China and Kenya are working together to build an all-weather China–Africa community with a shared future for the new era. The 2026 forum will be held in August in Eldoret, Kenya, as an important component of ICTA–EMOS 2026. It will provide a valuable platform for academics, researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals to explore new opportunities for collaboration in education, scientific research, innovation, and cultural exchange.
